Police are looking for a man they say shot at a pickup on Tulsa Highway 169 near 21st Street Friday morning.
Officers say Phillip Wagner was driving south on 169 when a man driving a white Dodge Dart pulled out a pellet gun and started shooting into his truck's back window.
"I just look through my rearview mirror and I just hear 'pop, pop, pop, pop,” Wagner recalled.
Wagner says he noticed the Dodge Dart being driven erratically near Pine and 169. He moved over to avoid it, but the Dodge ended up behind him. Wagner says the man got angry and shot at his truck.
"As he fired at my truck, he drove by me waving the gun,” he said. “And I'm just like people these days, it's crazy.”
Wagner says he's had his truck since he was 19 years old. He's been fixing it up, and now he's having to put more money into it, cash he would rather spend on his two children.
"I've been restoring it, a little here, a little there,” he said. “Now, I gotta replace back windows."
Wagner says he doesn't understand how someone could get that angry.
"The people that think they need to road rage to get to where you need to go, it's not worth people's lives," he stated. "It's not."
Police ask if you know anything about this incident to call them.
A Tulsa glass company called News On 6 after seeing this story and has offered to fix Wagner’s windows for free.
