OHP: Muskogee Man Dies Of Possible Medical Problem While Driving

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Muskogee man may have suffered a medical problem before his truck ran off the road in McIntosh County Monday, June 5.

Troopers said Frank Eubanks was westbound on Ensign Lane in Enchanted Oaks just before 6 p.m. when his pickup "drifted" off the roadway and hit a tree.

Eubanks, 54, was pronounced dead at the scene from a possible medical condition, a collision report states.
