Lawsuit Against Tulsa City Councilor Dismissed After Settlement

A negligence lawsuit involving Tulsa City Councilor Blake Ewing has been dismissed.

Our partners at The Frontier report the dismissal came as a result of a settlement between Ewing and the plaintiffs.

His business partners filed the lawsuit last year claiming Ewing transferred more than $300,000 from The Max Retropub to fund his other businesses.

As part of the settlement, Ewing will give up his ownership and resign as a manger of the pub.
