The renovations are almost done, and the wait is almost over, for The Archer Building in Tulsa’s Brady Arts District.
The 72,000 square feet of space is set to open its doors to downtown Tulsa and will have artist spaces, apartments and eclectic space for business.
"When you come over the Detroit Bridge, I mean, people drove over that every day for 10 years and never noticed this building," said Program Director Aaron Miller.
It's going to be hard to miss it now.
On the bottom floor, tenants will include Lone Wolf and Glacier Chocolate, along with Shuffles Game Cafe and Restaurant, Press Cafe and Yoga, The Goods Bodega and Made Boutique.

New market tax credits were used for all this, so rent must be below market rate.
"That enables us to bring in local and eclectic shops, which will be a draw to the neighborhood and draw in different populations," Miller said.
Upstairs is work space for artists like Jave Yoshimoto, part of the Tulsa Artists Fellowship. It will all be open to the public as a gallery of sorts on First Friday Art Crawls in the Brady District.
Also upstairs, apartments for the artists.
"These are just beautiful renovations of an old warehouse into a new use," Miller said.
He calls it a labor of love, but totally worth it in the end.
“The Archer Building will enhance the neighborhood as an amenity," he said.
The first shops set to open this summer are The Goods Bodega and Made boutique. The rest are set to open the fall include Lone Wolf and Glacier Chocolates.
