Tulsa's Jim Glover Auto Family is raising money for veterans and you can help. They hosted "Stand To Honor" at the Guthrie Green Friday morning.
They're asking people to donate $13 to stand on boxes for 13 minutes and they'll match all of the donations for the Folds of Honor program.
"It's a way you can slow down, take 13 minutes and think, pray, reflect on really what it means to be an American and the blessings that we have to have the freedoms we have in this country," said Jared Glover.
A few familiar faces from the News On 6 have already taken time to stand.
The boxes even have special meaning. They are made from military ammunition crates and inside each one is the imprint of soldier's combat boots.
You still have time to help, Jim Glover will move the platforms to its Tulsa dealership and run the program there through June.
