For the second time this week, a group of Tulsa Public Schools teachers are at the state capitol to rally for more education funding.
Members of the Tulsa Classroom Teachers Association boarded a bus early Thursday, taking flashlights with them so they could shine a light on what they call a midnight budget deal.

Even though the state Senate approved a budget measure Wednesday which would spare the Department of Education from cuts this year, TCTA Vice President Shawna Mott-Wright says it's not enough.
"We were flat-funded this past year and now the elementary school that I grew up in, doesn't exist. So every time there's a revenue failure, we get cuts," said Shawna Mott-Wright.
She says they still want a teacher pay raise, but not at the cost of every other state agency.
