First Tee Of Tulsa, San Miguel Middle School Partner Up

There may be some future state champs training at The First Tee of Tulsa.

Three times a week, from San Miguel Middle School, students transport to Mohawk Golf Club where they have classes on life skills such as resume writing and then hit the links for some golf.

"It's better to show a kid what integrity is,” said San Miguel Principal John Dowdell. “And then, even better than that, is to give the child an opportunity to practice integrity and what better game than golf?"
