Second Charge Filed In Accidental Shooting At Tulsa Gun Show

A second charge has been filed against Brian Pounds, the security guard and former reserve deputy who fired a gun during a gun show at the Expo Center last month.

Pounds accidentally shot and injured former TCSO Sergeant Rick Treadwell, who was also working security. Pounds was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct with a firearm in April.

On Tuesday, May 9, he was also charged with violating the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act.
