Troopers said Ripper, of Sapulpa, was partially ejected from the vehicle and he suffered injuries all over his body and died at the scene.
The OHP said he was pinned in his 2017 Savana van for nearly three hours before Tulsa firefighters were able to free him with the Jaws of Life.
No one else was in the vehicle with him.
Troopers aren't sure what caused him to go off the road but witnesses said he was speeding.
OHP said Ripper was not wearing a seatbelt.
