Hundreds of kids in Sand Springs have full Easter baskets Sunday evening after attending Easter egg drop service at Church That Matters.
"This is our helicopter egg drop Easter service," Trent Hamilton, Church That Matters. "We're really huge on community outreach. This is our opportunity to bring the community together for a single event. We've been doing this for six years."
The helicopter dropped about 25,000 eggs for the kids to gather.
"This was our first time with the Easter egg drop here at this church and it worked out perfect because they've got this secluded area for special needs children," said Howie Rosser. "It gives my daughter a chance to actually gather up some eggs."
