Three people are in custody after a shooting near 51st and Lewis. Police say two men and a woman forced their way into a Delaware Gardens apartment Saturday afternoon, December 17, 2016.
Officers say an argument broke out, and someone shot a man who lived there in the arm.
Police say the suspects took off but were later taken into custody near 41st and Sheridan. They were identified as Ryan Miller, Marissa Slabby and Barry Parkerson.

Slabby, 32, was booked on complaints of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, assault with a deadly weapon, methamphetamine trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. Police said she had two handguns and five cell phones in her purse.
Thirty-nine-year-old Ryan Dale Miller was booked on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a stolen vehicle, and two counts of possession of a firearm in commission of a felony - all after a former felony conviction.
Parkerson, 41, was jailed on complaints of assault and battery with a deadly weapon. He has a former charge of domestic assault and battery, court records show.
The victim is expected to recover.
