Police Investigating Armed Robbery At Tulsa Walgreens

Tulsa police are searching for two men who they say robbed a Walgreens store at 51st and Lewis.

No one was hurt.

Police say two men wearing hoodies entered the store with guns and their faces covered.

Officer said the men went straight to the front cash register and demanded money, which they got, then ran out of the store heading south.

Police have their chopper flying around the area as well as dogs searching.

They said a handful of shoppers were inside the store at the time; one man said his girlfriend's mother was inside and said a robber pointed a gun at one shopper and took his wallet.

Captain Malcolm Williams said, "Obviously shaken up, and anyone would be shaken up. For some people, it may be the worst thing to happen in their lives. Obviously shaken up. No one was physically hurt."
