Oklahoma PikePass Customers To Receive Credit After Billing Error

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is alerting PikePass customers about an overcharge that occurred on one or more trips on its turnpikes between November 21st and 28th, 2016. 

It says it is fixing the error on roughly 69,000 accounts which were overcharged by a total of almost $500,000. 

The OTA says most of the transactions occurred on the Creek and Kilpatrick Turnpikes.

Customers should see a credit on this month's statement.

The authority says if any PikePass customer has a question they can call 1-800-PIKEPASS
