Police look for a man who they said tried to rob, then shoot another man at an east Tulsa apartment complex early Saturday.

Shortly after 7 a.m. officers were called to the Boca Vista Apartments in the 10800 block of East 33rd Street after a woman called 911 saying her husband had been shot.

Police say the victim told officers a man shot him the hand and foot after coming up to his truck, demanding money and his pickup.  When he resisted, police said the suspect fired five shots.

EMSA took the victim to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect was last seen running across Garnett Road into a park.

Anyone with information about the robbery and shooting is asked to call Tulsa Police's Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
