Tulsa Police have released the name of the woman killed in a head-on crash near Archer and Peoria.  TPD said 40-year-old Temica Bates died at a hospital shortly after the Saturday crash in the 100 block of North Peoria Avenue.

Authorities said she was southbound on Peoria Avenue around 4:45 p.m. when she went left of center and hit a northbound white 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck towing a utility trailer.

Witnesses told police they say her car driving erratically before it crossed the center line. The driver of the pickup truck was also taken to a hospital - but he is expected to be OK. He was described as a 40-year-old man, but his name was not released.

Officers said they aren't sure what caused Bates to cross the center line.
