BEDLAM: OSU Releases Statement After Offensive Sign Displayed On Campus

After an offensive sign was displayed on Oklahoma State's campus by individuals, the university released the following statement: 

"OSU is disappointed by the action of a few individuals who briefly displayed an offensive and hateful sign on our campus and marred an exciting week leading up to Bedlam football. OSU has great respect for OU and its football team and looks forward to an exciting game Saturday. 

OSU regrets the actions of these individuals has been hurtful to members of our campus and others. Through training and various educational efforts, OSU strives to be an open and welcoming community that respects and values every individual. We have been recognized nationally for our efforts. 

Respecting and supporting each other is the hallmark of who we are."
