A Rogers County judge sentenced a Muskogee man to four years in prison for making a telephone bomb threat last year.

Robert Perry, 43, was charged after prosecutors said he called 911 claiming a bomb would go off inside the Linde plant at the Port of Catoosa on January 30, 2015.

Court records show Perry entered a no contest plea to the charge and the judge found him guilty.

Robert Perry will serve the four years concurrently with a 2007 Muskogee County robbery conviction.
