Tulsa Police say around 8 p.m. at 1428 N. Lewis two men between the ages of 19 and 25 entered an automotive repair shop that was open late where people were working on cars.

The suspects were wearing dark clothes and black bandanas as masks, according to police.

Police say at least one of the suspects started shooting and the other stabbed someone.

Police told News On 6 reporter Marty Kasper that the person who was shot was in their 20s and the person who was stabbed was in their 40s.

Both victims were taken to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police say.

According to police, both suspects fled the scene and others inside the shop chased them.

Police say they joined in on the search and put a helicopter in the air but both suspects got away.

Police say within three minutes of the incident, EMSA and a canine unit that were passing by saw something happening, stopped and rendered aid.
