Police have released the name of a man found shot to death early Sunday in midtown Tulsa.
He is identified as 21-year-old Brandon Mar.
Police arrested two men in connection with Mar's death. They are 50-year-old Diter Westerheide and 21-year-old Fernando Ibarra.
Both men are being held in the Tulsa County jail on first-degree murder complaints. Jail records show both have a court appearance set for October 31st.
Officers were called to the 1300 block of North Utica Avenue at about 2 a.m. Sunday, after Mar's mother called police.

Police found the Mar's body lying outside a business.
Court records show Brandon Mar was convicted in 2013 for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 and being in possession of a firearm while intoxicated.
