A crew of Oklahoma wildland firefighters returned home Sunday after spending nearly two weeks in Georgia helping the US. Forest Service contain wildfires.

The crew returned to Oklahoma after completing indirect control lines on the Rough Ridge fire in Georgia.

The Oklahoma crew is made up of 20 Bureau of Indian Affairs firefighters from the Osage Nation, Okmulgee Agency, Wewoka Agency and Chickasaw Agency, according to the BIA Forestry & Wildland Fire Management Eastern Oklahoma Region.
