Murder Suspect Is Tulsa's Most Wanted

Byron T. Penn is Tulsa's Most Wanted suspect. There is a warrant out for his arrest for first-degree murder.

He's described as a 31-year-old black male, 5'8" and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Penn is wanted for the murder of 42-year-old Norman Huntley, a Tulsa security guard, who was shot and killed while working security at an event at the Route 66 Event Center.

Penn has a long history with the Department of Corrections and was released July of 2011 after serving five years for felony possession of a firearm and several deferred sentences for second-degree burglary, according to the DOC.
