Tulsa Regional Chamber Holds Annual Tourism Meeting

Tulsa's Regional Chamber got together Thursday night to go over plans to bring more tourists to Green Country.

The annual tourism meeting was held at the Southern Hills Country Club and included a speech from Don Welsh, who specializes in helping cities market themselves.

“Whatever the messaging is locally, then keep driving it home, then keep it growing organically, and what will happen is people will go back home and say what a great place it is,” he said.

Welsh said cities like Tulsa need to make sure they take advantage of all their assets.
