Downtown Tulsa's Boxyard Development Taking Shape

Downtown Tulsa's new Boxyard development is taking shape, one container at a time.

Almost half of the needed 39 converted shipping containers were lifted into place on the lot at the corner of 3rd and Frankfort Friday.  

The Boxyard will be a mix of shops and restaurants, all within the outfitted containers.

Developer Casey Stowe says 75 percent of the spaces are leased, with a soft opening set for October.
