BA Man Accused Of Stealing Polar Bear Pleads Not Guilty

The man charged with stealing and illegally owning a stuffed polar bear pleaded not guilty Friday.

Bryan Adair faces one count of larceny and two different charges for illegally possessing the animal.

Earlier this month, Oklahoma game wardens confiscated the polar bear mount from a hangar at the Jones Riverside Airport.

It had legally belonged to Bill Gilstrap, and records show that police believe Adair stole the mount after Gilstrap's death.
