News On 6 was there as police chased a driver through the parking lot at the Osage Casino in Tulsa early Thursday.
In the video you see the driver leaving the casino in the 900 block of West 36th Street North at about 1 a.m. The car runs over a curb then comes to a stop in the grass. The driver gets out and police arrest him.
Osage Nation Tribal Police said the incident began when a woman approached security and said she had recognized someone who'd stolen a computer out of her car last week. The woman said she was going to confront the person, but the security guard asked her to wait so he could call a supervisor.
The woman left, then called 911 and told the dispatcher about the person. She told the dispatcher she thought the person had a gun. At about the same time, a man pulled into the parking lot, saw the police lights and drove away quickly, leading to the brief chase and arrest.
Police say the driver had no connection with the theft that took place off casino property.
