Jenks Public Schools Experiences Online Enrollment Problems

Jenks Public Schools starts the new school year on August 19, and the district had to scramble to get its enrollment website working.

The school district says parents are required to login to the Jenks PowerSchool online parent portal before they can pick up student schedules or meet their children's teachers.

Jenks Public Schools notified parents on the district's Facebook page Monday evening they were experiencing a few technical difficulties with the portal. 

Jenks asked all parents who had a problem with the parent portal to fill out an Online Help Desk Form. They later said about 100 parents experienced some difficulties, and almost all have been helped.
