A former Union Public Schools physical education teacher violated terms of his bond by having contact with a young boy, according to police.
Christopher Planer was arrested in July, 2015 - accused of sending sexual messages and a nude photo of himself to a 14-year-old student. He was released on an ankle monitor and ordered to stay away from young boys.
Last week, a woman in Broken Arrow called police to tell them she thought her young son was at Planer's home, which would violate the terms of his bond. Police said they showed up and found Planer and a young boy talking in the garage. The boy was wearing only pajama pants at the time, officers told News On 6.

The young boy ran into the house but eventually told police Planer had contacted him over Instagram and picked him up at a friend's house before taking him home, authorities said.
A bench warrant was issued in Rogers County, court records show, and he is back in the Rogers County jail Monday, where he's likely to stay.
Planer is charged with making lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16 and soliciting sexual conduct or communication with minor by use of technology.
