Tulsa crews continue to pick up debris from severe storms that happened two weeks ago.

But some people may wonder why the cleanup is taking so long.

It's Day 3 of storm cleanup for the crews.

They started at 41st Street South on Monday and worked their way up to 61st and Harvard. They're picking up tons of debris, like tree limbs and branches.

City leaders say it'll take 45 to 60 days to clean up all of the debris. That's because they're covering 53 square miles of damage.

Neighbors are encouraged to put the debris within 4 feet of the curb and keep it away from utilities and fire hydrants.

Crews will work Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. until the job is finished.
