Police arrested a 34-year-old man suspected of being a serial robber after a Tulsa chase Tuesday evening.
TPD released a surveillance video showing Carlos Ladd robbing a cell phone store in the 1600 block of North Lewis Tuesday.
Police had set up surveillance at another another cell phone store in the 6700 block of South Lewis when Ladd attempted to rob it Tuesday just before 6 p.m. Officers said when Carlos Ladd left empty-handed he got into a pickup and drove off with police in pursuit.
The chase ended in the 7800 block of East 51st Street. We're told one shot was fired - but no word on who pulled the trigger. During the chase, Ladd's truck hit a patrol car. Police recovered several guns inside his truck.
