BA Teacher Arrested, Accused Of Lewd Proposal To Minor

A Broken Arrow teacher is in jail, accused of lewd proposal to a minor.

Broken Arrow police say Gregory Durbin was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

According to Broken Arrow Public Schools said they were aware of the situation and said Durbin has been suspended, with pay, pending an investigation.

In a statement, the district said, “We take any matter involving a risk to students very seriously and we are cooperating fully with law enforcement in their investigation. Appropriate action will be taken pending the outcome of these investigations.”
