A resurfacing project on a portion of the Broken Arrow Expressway begins late Wednesday.
The resurfacing covers an area from the Interstate-44 junction to near Elm Place or 161st East Avenue.

Work crews will be out mostly during the overnight and weekend hours to lessen the impact on traffic, but the Oklahoma Department of Transportation is asking drivers to plan ahead for delays.
The project is scheduled to be wrapped up by late October, weather permitting. ODOT says lane and ramp closures will be announced as they are scheduled.
