The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office 911 dispatch center telephone lines are working normally again after being down since 11:45 a.m.
TCSO confirmed through AT&T that the cause was due to a car that struck a power pole at 1155 N Peoria and severed a fiber optic cable that goes to the call center.
