FlyingTee Holds Grand Opening On RiverWalk

The FlyingTee golf complex is now open to the public. The multi-million dollar project is part of the Muscogee Creek Nation's development of the RiverWalk area.

The founders of FlyingTee say the golf entertainment facility offers something for everyone, not just experienced golfers.

"We have a blackjack game where the field is full of cards. Try to get 21 without going over. And that is my daughter's favorite game. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be teaching her how to play blackjack yet, but she absolutely loves it because she only has to hit the ball six inches to get a card and compete,” said co-founder James Vollbrecht.

The complex has its own bar and restaurant, virtual golf ranges and a full-size driving range.
