The third man charged in the death of a Talala man in 2015, pleaded guilty Monday to being an accessory to murder .
A Tulsa judge sentenced Sidney Randall, 20, to twenty years in prison. Randall along with William Garrett, 27, Vernon Smith, 28, and James Jones, 43, were all charged with Chazz Holly's murder in 2015.
Holly who had cerebral palsy and other health issues disappeared with his father's pickup when his parents took a short vacation in June of 2015. He was missing for weeks before his body was found along a highway south of Antlers in southern Oklahoma in July 2015.
Randall's plea and sentencing follows on the heels of William Garrett's plea on June 1. Garrett, 27, pleaded guilty to accessory to murder and sentenced to twenty years in prison.

Last month, Vernon Smith, 28, charged with first-degree murder in Holly's death was found guilty after a jury trial. After the verdict was read, Vernon Smith told the judge he wanted to be sentenced immediately so the judge sentenced him to life in prison.

Smith was arrested by Tulsa Police, the day after Holly's body was found in July 2015. Sidney Randall and William Garrett were arrested by Texas authorities in August 2015. And James Jones was arrested in December 2015.
Court records show Jones, who is charged with first-degree murder has a court hearing set for July 8.
