A Sequoyah County judge ruled a mother, son and his friend will stand trial for a 2013 ATV crash that nearly killed a 16-year-old.

Angela Gray, Joey Gray and Kyle Brannon are all charged with conspiracy.

Angela Gray is accused of driving drunk and crashing an ATV with Christian Mayberry as a passenger and waiting hours to get him help.  Court records say her son Joey Gray and Kyle Brannon helped cover up the crime.

A dozen witnesses testified during the preliminary hearing Tuesday including Mayberry. They all told the court Angela Gray was the driver and had seemed intoxicated before the accident.

Gray was tried in August 2015 but the jury deadlocked.
