At around 1 a.m. police said a man armed with a handgun walked into the QuikTrip at 41st and Garnett demanding money from the register and left out the back door.
Then at about 1:25 a.m. police responded to a robbery at the QuikTrip at 51st and 129th East Avenue. They said this time the robber, again armed with a handgun demanded money and ran out the front door and got into an SUV.
