Bixby Shopping Center, Downtown Area Left With Storm Damage

Storms caused some damage in Bixby late Tuesday.

News On 6 found damage at 151st Street South and Memorial. The Country Mart grocery store in the Spartan Shopping Center sustained roof damage. Across the street, garage doors are blown in on a vacant building.

In downtown Bixby, there was a one block section of Dawes Avenue between Montgomery and Armstrong Streets that is blocked off due to a damaged power pole.

OG&E is reporting about 270 customers are without power in the Bixby area.
