Bartlesville Police Arrest 3 On Child Neglect Complaints

Bartlesville police arrested three women on complaints of child neglect.

Officers say Shelby Chell, Julie Gilmore, and Channing Moore left four children - ages one, two, seven, and eight - home alone for about four hours Saturday evening.

The women said a neighbor was supposed to be babysitting them, but the neighbor told police a different story.

Police say they found empty beer cans, liquor bottles and prescription drugs at the home.
