'Mother Road Revival' To Bring Folk Artists To Downtown Tulsa In September

A big announcement is set for Monday at the BOK Center - but we have learned a few exciting details ahead of time.

For four days in September, the Mother Road Revival weekend -- in honor of Route 66 -- will include a concert by a well-known folk artist at the BOK Center, plus events throughout other city venues, including Woody Guthrie Center, Guthrie Green, Cain's Ballroom and Circle Cinema.

Tickets go on sale Friday for the BOK Center portion of the event. Those behind the revival weekend are hoping to make it an annual thing.
