Fallen electric lines have led to the closure of several Tulsa streets Thursday morning and left a number of PSO customers without power.

Tulsa Police say 46th Street North from Peoria to Martin Luther King Boulevard, 43rd Street North and 49th Street North from the Tisdale Expressway to Xanthus are all closed.

Public Service Company of Oklahoma crews are on scene working to restore power and fix broken power poles.  The utility says just under 1,000 customers are without power including four Tulsa Public Schools.
