Authorities have released the name of a woman killed in a rush-hour wreck in Tulsa Wednesday evening.
The three-vehicle chain reaction wreck took place just after 5:30 p.m. on westbound Interstate 44 at the Arkansas River bridge. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say Jason Klintworth of Jenks had slowed for traffic and was hit from behind by Linda Cervantes of Tulsa.
A Pontiac G6, driven by Tulsa resident Demarco Metoyer, then ran into Cervantes' Chevy Cruze. A passenger in Metoyer's car was pronounced dead at the scene, a collision report states.
She has been identified as 24-year-old Meosha Mcgee of Tulsa.

The 27-year-old Metoyer was admitted to a local hospital with head and other injuries. He was said to be stable. A 16-month-old child in his car was also transported to the hospital, but the collision report doesn't say if he was admitted.
The collision report states the occupants of the Pontiac were not wearing seat belts. The other drivers were, according to OHP.
Cervantes, 71, was admitted to the hospital with head, trunk and arm injuries. Authorities at the scene said her injuries were non-life threatening.
Klintworth, who was driving a Ford pickup, refused treatment at the scene.
Troopers say the condition of the drivers and the cause of the crash are under investigation.
