Man Accused Of Breaking Into ADA's Inola Home Has Bond Reduced

<p>The man accused of breaking into the Inola home of a Craig County assistant district attorney had his bond reduced.</p>

The man accused of breaking into the Inola home of a Craig County assistant district attorney had his bond reduced.

Bryan Starkey is charged with first-degree burglary and several other felonies.

In December, Erin Oquin shot Starkey when she said he broke into her home.

If he makes bond, Starkey won’t be allowed to have any contact with Oquin and he must wear a GPS monitoring device.

His next court date is in April.

The judge also ruled there is no conflict of interest with Rogers County prosecuting the case.
