After almost a year of upheaval at the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, turmoil that ended in longtime Sheriff Stanley Glanz’s resignation, voters are set to elect the first new Sheriff here in nearly three decades.

Luke Sherman, John Fitzpatrick, Brandon Hendrix, Vic Regalado, Jason R. Jackson, Randy Pierce, Dan Miller, Bill Reaves and Tom Helm are Republican candidates for the office.

Our partners at The Frontier published an up-close look at every candidate, including links to their websites, Facebook accounts, and all documents they’ve filed at the Tulsa County Election Board.

You can find sample ballots and more at the Tulsa County Election Board.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 1. Officials say early voter turnout for the 2016 Super Tuesday primary set new records.
