Police: Texting Blamed For Tulsa Car Crash

Police said a driver was texting when he crashed his car into a Tulsa power pole late Wednesday 

The crash happened at 11th and Columbia near the University of Tulsa campus just after 11 p.m. Officers said the man was eastbound on 11th Street when he lost control and hit the power pole at Columbia.

EMSA took the man to the hospital to be treated for a cut on his forehead.
