No Charges Filed Against Bixby Man Accused Of Lewd Acts

The Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office declined to file charges against a Bixby man accused of inappropriately touching teens during photo shoots.

Thomas Wehde was arrested in September 2015 after two people accused him of inappropriate touching.

An investigation was conducted but, based on the evidence they have at this time, the DA’s office said they declined to file charges.
