Imani Boyette had 18 points, 11 rebounds and seven blocks as No. 6 Texas defeated No. 19 Oklahoma 83-76 on Saturday for the 999th victory in program history.
Empress Davenport also scored 18 points for Texas.
The Longhorns, who led by 14 points in the third quarter, won despite committing 25 turnovers.
Vionise Pierre-Louis led Oklahoma with a career-best 23 points, and Peyton Little scored 16.
Oklahoma trailed by three after Derica Wyatt made a 3-pointer with 16 seconds remaining, but Texas responded with a breakaway layup by Brooke McCarty.
Texas (18-1, 7-1 Big 12) used a 27-point second quarter to lead 43-34 at halftime. Both teams were sloppy during the half, with Texas committing 14 turnovers and Oklahoma 12.
The difference was that the Longhorns shot accurately, 48.6 percent. The Sooners (13-5, 4-3) hit 37 percent in the half and missed 11 of 12 3-point attempts.
