Fire heavily damaged a Creek County home early Wednesday.
The Sapulpa Fire Department got the call at around 12:30 a.m. to the home located in the 16800 block of West Teel Road east of Highway 66.
Firefighters said one person was inside when the fire started but made it out. They said that person was treated for some minor injuries but wasn't taken to the hospital.
The fire department said the nearest hydrant was about a quarter mile away, so they had to shuttle water to the fire scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
