Tulsa Woman Sentenced to Life Plus 45 For Her Part In 2013 Murder

A judge has sentenced a Tulsa woman to life in prison plus 45 years for first-degree murder, kidnapping and other crimes.

Angel Proctor, with the help of George July,  beat Quinton Shavers to death in 2013.

Proctor and July also kidnapped and brutally beat two women and forced them to witness Shavers' murder.

July is already serving life in prison.

Police say July was a member and enforcer of the Indian Brotherhood gang.
