Tulsa police now say they believe the murder happened around 3:30 that afternoon. Video evidence around the crime scene shows Ingram’s vehicle in the area at that time.
Police provided photos of someone trying to use Ingram’s debit card at 3:50 p.m. on December 5 at a convenience store close to the murder scene. Police said they believe the woman in the photos has intimate knowledge about Ingram’s murder and they want to interview her.
Police said it's possible Ingram was killed in a robbery during a marijuana deal. They said the photos are from surveillance cameras at the EZ Mart at 3711 S. Memorial. According to police, the woman was a passenger in a green Tahoe.
