Police released dashcam video of a pursuit that ended at 61st and Lewis involving three men arrested for robbing three people and breaking into a Jenks home.
The chase video shows the people running from the cops had no regard for anyone else on the road, and that people don't always do a good job of pulling over to the right and stopping.
Just as officers thought the suspects were going to pull over on I-44, they, instead, decided to take off, and the officer pursued them.
The suspects cut across lanes of traffic and nearly ran a van off the road as they exited onto Skelly Drive. Then, they cut across, again, as the driver turned right on Lewis and headed south.

They managed to sneak around a dump truck, but when the officer tried, he got blocked in by the truck and another vehicle, temporarily losing sight of the men, until he got around them and back on track.
Then, both the suspects and the officer got snarled in traffic that was stopped at the light at 61st and Lewis.
Instead of giving up, the suspects put the car into reverse and slammed into the police car.

They cut a U-turn across the median and tried to go back in the other direction but were met by a wall of police cars.
They slammed into one more police car before finally, with officers surrounding them, giving up.
The video shows the officers put the handcuffed men on the curb while officers went through the car, which they said was filled with stolen guns and other things taken from recent victims.
The chase lasted two miles and the fastest it got was 70 miles an hour. It was being monitored by a supervisor who could've called it off if things got too dangerous.
Police said the men in the car assaulted their victims and didn't care who was home when they broke in, making them very dangerous.
All three men in the car, plus one more, have been charged with three robberies, a break-in in Jenks and assault.
